Follows the ins-and-outs of a group of unlikely women in a federal prison: a scandalous female warden, her new protégé and a host of inmates – some mothers, some friends-who struggle with loyalties to people on the inside and the outside.




Who is Chris?
James Christopher Carmack - professionally known as Chris Carmack - was born on December 22, 1980, in Washington, D.C. He grew up in Derwood, Maryland, with his parents and two siblings; a brother and sister. The American actor, singer and former fashion model is known for his roles in three popular television shows - the teen drama series The O.C. (2003–2008) as Luke Ward, the country music drama Nashville as Will Lexington (2012–2018), and the medical drama Grey's Anatomy (2018–present) as Dr. Atticus Lincoln. Carmack has also appeared in many theater and movie productions. He has released an EP, Pieces of You, and featured on Nashville live tours and soundtracks. He married Erin Slaver in 2018 after welcoming a daughter two years prior. Chris and Erin have collaborated as Life on Eris and they will be releasing their self-written and self-produced EP in 2020.
